Kejadian ini terjadi di RS Hasan Sadikin Bandung (RSHS). Dante menyatakan bahwa pihaknya merasa sangat prihatin atas peristiwa ini, dan mereka telah melakukan koordinasi dengan rumah sakit serta lembaga pendidikan terkait untuk menelusuri lebih lanjut.

Pentingnya Tes Kesehatan Jiwa Bagi Calon Dokter

Dante mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya telah menghentikan sementara proses pendidikan dokter spesialis anestesi di RSHS. “Kami telah memberikan surat kepada Konsil Kesehatan Indonesia untuk mencabut surat tanda registrasi pelaku. Dante mengatakan, “Jika pihak berwenang mencabut izin, pelaku tidak lagi memiliki izin praktek,” di Jakarta Utara, Kamis (10/4/2025).

Menghadapi kejadian ini, Dante menekankan pentingnya tes kesehatan jiwa bagi calon dokter spesialis. Ia menyarankan melakukan tes MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) untuk mengidentifikasi potensi gangguan jiwa pada calon residen. Pihak berwenang menganggap hal ini sangat krusial mengingat penggunaan obat-obat bius yang rentan disalahgunakan, terutama pada spesialisasi anestesi.

“Pihak terkait akan menerapkan tes MMPI pada program anestesi. Kami akan bekerja sama dengan kolegium untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan jiwa,” ujar Dante. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa penilaiannya harus mencakup kemampuan akademis serta kesehatan fisik dan mental calon dokter.

Dante juga menegaskan bahwa dokter harus menjalankan profesinya dengan penuh integritas, empati, dan tanggung jawab. Ia berharap tes ini dapat mencegah kejadian serupa di masa depan dan memastikan calon dokter dapat menjalankan tugas mereka dengan sepenuh hati tanpa penyalahgunaan kewenangan.

PAP melakukan kekerasan saat korban menjalani prosedur transfusi darah. PAP memberikan suntikan obat bius pada korban dan melakukan tindakan yang tidak pantas hingga korban tidak sadar. Penyidik menahan pelaku dan menuntutnya dengan Pasal 6 C Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang tindak pidana kekerasan seksual, yang mengancamnya dengan hukuman penjara hingga 12 tahun.
