Medicalnews – Inspektur Jenderal Kementerian Kesehatan RI drg Murti Utami melaporkan bahwa pihaknya telah menerima 2.621 laporan terkait dugaan perundungan dalam Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS). Dari jumlah tersebut, sebanyak 620 kasus telah terverifikasi sebagai tindakan bullying. Sebanyak 363 kasus di antaranya terjadi di rumah sakit (RS) vertikal yang berada di bawah Kementerian Kesehatan.

Tindakan tegas atas temuan tersebut

Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, Kemenkes memberikan sanksi serius terhadap beberapa institusi pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan. Kemenkes menghentikan sementara tiga program studi PPDS sebagai bentuk tindakan tegas atas temuan tersebut.

“Prodi anestesi di RSUP Kariadi belum kami buka kembali. Kemenkes masih menghentikan Prodi Penyakit Dalam Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) di RSUP Kandou. Satu lagi adalah prodi anestesi di RSUP Hasan Sadikin,” kata drg Murti dalam konferensi pers, Senin (21/4/2025).

Kemenkes memutuskan menghentikan sementara program hingga institusi terkait menunjukkan komitmen nyata terhadap perbaikan. Menurut drg Murti, langkah korektif tidak cukup hanya berupa janji. Institusi pendidikan dan RS wajib menyusun dan menyampaikan rencana perbaikan yang dapat diuji langsung di lapangan.

“Kami tidak ingin mendengar sekadar komitmen. Kami perlu melihat bukti nyata di lapangan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa timnya akan mengevaluasi rencana aksi mereka untuk menentukan kelayakan pembukaan kembali program tersebut.

Kemenkes menekankan bahwa pihaknya tidak akan membuka kembali program studi PPDS tanpa proses evaluasi yang ketat. Evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap rencana dan implementasi perbaikan akan menjadi penentu utama.

Kemenkes mengambil tindakan tegas setelah kasus perundungan yang menimpa almarhumah dr ARL mencuat ke publik. Ia tercatat sebagai peserta didik di prodi anestesi FK Undip yang menjalani pendidikan klinik di RSUP Kariadi. Kasus ini memicu sorotan publik serta mendorong Kemenkes mengevaluasi sistem pendidikan klinik secara nasional.
