Ia menambahkan bahwa ginjal bekerja membuang cairan sesuai kebutuhan tubuh. Jadi berapa pun air yang masuk, organ ini tetap akan mengeluarkannya.

Selain mencukupi kebutuhan cairan, menjaga kesehatan ginjal memerlukan pola hidup yang baik. Prof Rasyid menekankan pentingnya menghindari konsumsi makanan dan minuman manis berlebihan agar terhindar dari diabetes.
