Medicalnews –Ria Mariaty, ibunda penyanyi Raisa Andriana, didiagnosis mengidap kanker paru-paru stadium 4. Kabar ini disampaikan oleh saudara Raisa, Rinaldi Nurpratama, melalui akun Instagramnya pada Januari 2025.

Pada Mei 2024, dokter melakukan skrining kanker pada Ria, tetapi tidak menemukan tanda-tanda penyakit.


Gejala baru muncul pada Oktober 2024, ketika ia mengalami batuk yang tidak kunjung sembuh selama sebulan. Ia kemudian berkonsultasi dengan dokter spesialis penyakit dalam dan paru-paru.

Awalnya, dokter mendiagnosisnya dengan tuberkulosis (TBC), dan ia sempat menjalani perawatan selama dua minggu di rumah sakit. Setelah pulang, efek samping obat TBC membuatnya mengalami mual, muntah, perut kembung, dan pusing. Akibat kondisinya memburuk, dokter memutuskan untuk merawatnya kembali di rumah sakit.

Setelah serangkaian pemeriksaan lanjutan, dokter menemukan bahwa ia mengidap kanker paru-paru stadium lanjut yang telah menyebar ke beberapa bagian tulangnya.
