Medicalnews – Kabar kurang menyenangkan datang dari psikolog anak terkenal, Seto Mulyadi atau Kak Seto.
Ia mengumumkan bahwa dokter mendiagnosisnya mengalami stroke ringan, sehingga ia kini menjalani perawatan intensif di rumah sakit.

Informasi tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh Kak Seto melalui unggahan di akun Instagram pribadinya @kaksetosahabatanak.
Dalam unggahan itu, Kak Seto tampak terbaring di ranjang rumah sakit sambil menjelaskan gejala yang ia rasakan.

“Seminggu yang lalu saya merasakan gejala tidak biasa, yaitu pusing dan merasa linglung,” tulis Kak Seto pada Selasa (28/10/2025).

Gejala Awal dan Pemeriksaan Medis

Kak Seto menceritakan bahwa gejala itu membuat keluarganya segera membawanya ke Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) pada Jumat pekan lalu.
Tim medis kemudian melakukan berbagai pemeriksaan, termasuk MRI, EKG, dan tes darah lengkap.

Setelah hasil pemeriksaan keluar, dokter menyatakan bahwa Kak Seto mengalami mild stroke yang menyerang fungsi kognitif, bukan motorik.
Artinya, gangguan terjadi pada kemampuan berpikir dan fokus, bukan pada gerakan tubuh.

Selain itu, dokter juga menemukan bahwa ia mengalami aritmia, yaitu detak jantung yang tidak teratur.
“Dokter menjelaskan bahwa saya mengalami stroke ringan dan aritmia,” tulis Kak Seto.

Penyebab Stroke Ringan dan Kondisi Jantung

Dalam penjelasannya, Kak Seto menyebut bahwa kekentalan darah menyebabkan stroke ringan, bukan masalah pada jantung.

Meskipun demikian, ia merasa bersyukur karena organ vitalnya masih berfungsi dengan baik.

“Setelah diperiksa oleh dokter saraf dan dokter jantung, semua organ vital saya masih berfungsi normal,” katanya.
Ia menambahkan bahwa dokter menyarankan dirinya untuk beristirahat sejenak di rumah sakit agar proses pemulihan berjalan optimal.

Kak Seto mengakui bahwa ia sulit berdiam diri karena terbiasa bekerja dan berolahraga secara aktif.
Namun, ia kini berkomitmen untuk mengikuti anjuran dokter dan fokus memulihkan kesehatannya.

Perawatan Intensif Sejak Akhir Pekan

Sejak Sabtu (25/10/2025), Kak Seto menjalani perawatan intensif di rumah sakit.
Ia mendapatkan pengawasan dari tim dokter ahli saraf dan ahli jantung untuk memastikan kondisi tubuhnya stabil.

Meski sedang dirawat, Kak Seto tetap menunjukkan semangat positif.
Ia mengucapkan rasa syukur karena bisa mendapatkan penanganan cepat dan dukungan dari banyak pihak.
“Alhamdulillah saya ditangani oleh tim medis yang luar biasa, dan kondisi saya perlahan membaik,” ujarnya.
