Masalah ini sering muncul karena pola makan yang tidak teratur dan kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan atau minuman tertentu secara berlebihan.

Kopi dan Matcha Jadi Tren yang Perlu Diwaspadai

Menurut dr. Rovy, kebiasaan minum kopi dan matcha berlebihan dapat memengaruhi kesehatan lambung. Kedua minuman ini digemari banyak anak muda dan sering dikonsumsi setiap hari.

Sayangnya, jika seseorang terlalu sering mengonsumsi kopi dan matcha, kedua minuman itu menghambat penyerapan zat besi dalam tubuh. Akibatnya, tubuh gagal memperoleh cukup nutrisi penting untuk membentuk sel darah merah.

Selain itu, kandungan asam pada minuman tersebut juga bisa memperparah luka pada dinding lambung. Kondisi ini menambah risiko kehilangan darah tanpa disadari.

dr. Rovy mengimbau masyarakat, terutama Generasi Z, agar lebih memperhatikan gaya hidup mereka. Ia menyarankan agar setiap orang menjaga pola makan, mengurangi konsumsi kopi dan matcha, serta memperbanyak makanan bergizi.
