Setelah mempelajari pola yang benar, ia akhirnya menemukan cara paling efektif untuk tubuhnya.
“Banyak yang tanya kenapa Bunda kurus banget sekarang? Jawabannya cuma satu, yaitu IF.
Lima tahun aku jalanin, dulu banyak salahnya, tapi sekarang aku sudah temukan cara yang tepat,” tulis Ashanty di akun Instagram @ashanty_ash, dikutip Selasa (28/10/2025).
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa perubahan besar bukan hanya dari berat badan, tetapi juga dari pola hidup yang lebih teratur.
Menurutnya, tubuh terasa lebih ringan dan energi meningkat setelah menjalani pola makan yang teratur.
Ashanty Tambah Pola Hidup Sehat dengan Olahraga Angkat Beban
Selain menjaga pola makan, Ashanty kini rutin melakukan strength training atau latihan angkat beban.
Ia mengaku mulai serius berolahraga setelah melihat hasil positif pada tubuhnya.
“Jujur, sebenarnya setahun ini aku cuma turun lima kilogram, tapi kelihatannya signifikan karena wajahku duluan yang menyusut,” ujarnya.
Pelantun lagu Jodohku itu juga membagikan momen saat dirinya berolahraga di gym.
Dalam unggahan tersebut, Ashanty tampak bersemangat melakukan berbagai latihan seperti angkat beban dan push-up.
Ia mengaku bahwa dulu dirinya jarang berolahraga, namun kini justru ketagihan setelah melihat hasil nyata.
Nge-Gym 3–4 Kali Seminggu untuk Jaga Kebugaran
Ashanty kini menjadwalkan waktu olahraga sebanyak tiga hingga empat kali dalam seminggu.
Ia merasa latihan rutin membantu membakar lemak dan membentuk massa otot dengan baik.
Selain itu, olahraga membuat tubuhnya lebih bugar dan mood lebih stabil setiap hari.
“Dulu aku bisa dibilang malas olahraga, tapi sekarang justru ketagihan banget.
Apalagi setelah lihat hasilnya yang nyata,” tulis Ashanty di media sosialnya.
Selain latihan beban, ia juga menggabungkan olahraga cardio agar hasilnya lebih maksimal.
Dengan kombinasi ini, Ashanty merasa tubuhnya lebih kuat dan proporsional tanpa perlu penurunan berat badan ekstrem.
Usia 42 Tahun, Ashanty Semakin Sehat dan Bugar
Di usianya yang kini menginjak 42 tahun, Ashanty menegaskan pentingnya menjaga kebugaran.
Ia ingin terus tampil sehat dan berenergi agar tetap aktif di dunia hiburan maupun kehidupan sehari-hari.
“Udah umur 42 tahun gini, penting banget buat latihan ini. Aku biasanya kombinasikan dengan cardio biar hasilnya maksimal,” ujarnya.
Kebiasaan sehat yang ia jalani bukan hanya mengubah bentuk tubuh, tetapi juga membuatnya tampak lebih muda dan segar.
Wajahnya terlihat lebih cerah, dan posturnya kini tampak lebih tegap serta berisi.
